Unnamed sources close to the couple report that the long-debated selection process rivaled the search for the site of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, except without the bribes. "We'll understand if some people won't be able to come because it's the day after Thanksgiving, or they're afraid to fly, or because they don't like us," Francke said, "but don't stay away just because you dislike the mighty Saguaro. That's a silly reason, isn't it?" Francke described the theme as "desert semi-casual quasi-formal," to which Muñiz responded, "how am I supposed to buy a dress for that?" "Forget what Andy said," Muñiz continued, "whatever makes people feel their best - unless it's a kilt. The wedding will be outdoors in the evening; bring something warm just in case." The couple is not registered for gifts. UPDATED November 13, 2001 The ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m. sharp; please arrive no later than 3:30. We are not registered for gifts, but we would appreciate receiving a favorite book from each guest to start our family library and give us something timeless to remember each of you by. The selection should be a personal favorite of yours, and not simply what you think we'd like ourselves (though we concede that well-worn harlequin romances, heavily underlined copies of "Catcher In The Rye," or anything inscribed, "Not For Sale to Minors," may tell us more about you than you care to reveal - not that we'll refuse them, however!).
